INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose carefully! We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
You can choose between a refund, or exchange where goods are faulty as a result of a manufacturing flaw, or are different from a sample shown to you or are guaranteed to perform in a certain way and don't do what they are supposed to do. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that require training skills on your behalf to get your pet to use them, for example our pet toilets for dogs and cats, as they aren't guaranteed to do anything, and it's really up to the owner and their ability and commitment to train their pet. For any pet toilet, a period of weeks is expected before animals are trained appropriately. Because of the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns from customers. We do offer training tips to help you on your journey.
Before returning any item you must contact us. Please qoute your order number and the reason you are seeking to return your order. This must be done within 10 days of ordering.
International Orders: Some of our products are shipped from outside of Australia. Please, regardless of where you are ordering from, if you are unsure as to whether the particular product you want will be allowed in to your country, check with your Customs Department first! We do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been destroyed, or sent back to their origin, by Customs. You must make yourself aware of any risks.
